We take great pride in manufacturing our products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to place them back in our inventory, but we value you as our customer. In the event you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you purchase, you may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of the unused product), in original packaging within 14 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price or store credit. Only unopened or minimally used items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your opened product qualifies for return or refund, please contact a customer service representative at hello@barefootsundaycbd.com, and we’ll be happy to help. Ship the item(s) back to us within seven (7) days after contacting us to initiate a return request. You pay for shipping the item(s) back to us and we’ll either exchange the item(s) if you would prefer something different or initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unopened / unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To start a return, fill out our contact us form and include your order number and which items you’d like to return.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
We are able to accept returns on any item purchased within the last 14 days that is not overly used.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once the return process is confirmed complete via email, you will receive a credit within 2-3 weeks. Note, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
